Silver Bullet Beetle Trap

Small Hive Beetle is a deadly pest for european honey bees.
It is important to keep their numbers under control all year round.
This beetle trap is made of aluminium and designed to be reused.

Apply any type of oil to the trap.
Fill about half way.
place in between the frames in the honey supers. (they do not fit in the brood box with the excluder)
Replenish when the trap is full or every few days.
When the weather is warmer, it is important to check them more frequently.
