100KG or 200KG stainless steel honey tanks. With a plastic honey gate. These tanks are food grade. This is a perfect settling tank for packing honey.
TEST HONEY GATE FOR LEAKAGES FIRST BEFORE PLACING HONEY IN THE TANK To do this close the gate and fill tank with water. (fill up to just above the honey gate) Open and close the gate a couple times. This should then show if the gate has leaks. To fix you will need to adjust the nuts on each side to balance it out. Once this is fixed you are now able to put honey into it. (this can happen with any honey gate)
Place tank somewhere practical (on a table, somewhere up high so you dont have to worry about trying to lift 200kg off the ground). Once this tank is full you will not be able to move it. Fill tank with honey. You are now able to use this tank to settle your honey and make it easier to pack into smaller containers.
