Queen cell protectors are used to protect the queen cell from other bees chewing it out and killing her.
This particular protector can be pushed into the comb on the frame for more stability
Place the cell protector over the queen cell.
Push into drawn comb in the brood box where the workers are most likely to take care of the cell.
e.g. a frame towards the middle of the brood box.
