Using a clearer board is a less invasive way to remove your honey for your bee hive.
You do not have to upset the bees by brushing the bees off individual frames.
This is the best way to take a box of honey off without bees inside.
Assembling Clearer Board:
Paint clearer board before attaching metal escapes.
Place Metal escape into the corner of the clearer board, making sure you dig the sharp edge into the corner as tightly as possible.
Pre-drill holes, 2 on each side.
Pop rivet metal escapes onto board.
Your clearer board is now complete.
Using The Clearer Board:
Leave the clearer board on over night for best results.
The bees will then go into the box below and will not be able to get back up due to the one way exit.
The key to remember is if you are taking a box off you must put a box on underneath, so when the bees pass through the one way entrance they have room below.
